The digital ecosystem for a mega church community

South Carolina mega church NewSpring overhauled the digital ecosystem for their 14 campuses with a suite of new tools. This included everything from online giving, to live streaming content, to a community groups finder. They were also accessible across web, native mobile, and native tablet touch points.

My role

I collaborated as the product lead with in-house design, development, communications, and content teams at NewSpring. Our goal was to build a suite of consumer facing tools for their members in order to end reliance on third party applications for the core functions of their congregations digital experience. One aspect of this involved creating a cohesive design language upon which to build this unified ecosystem. This served as the foundation for building an entirely new giving experience across web, and native platforms as well as enabling a path to migrate $40 million in annual recurring donations. I focused on designing a best-in-class donation product, accessible to a wide demographic, as well as assisting with the communications roll out to their 10,000 members to ensure a smooth transition.
